Recent news reports indicate the potential formation of a new agreement or compromise between the United States government and the criminal regime of the Islamic Republic.
As a movement dedicated to the public will of the Iranian people—who, on January 8th and 9th of this year, chanted the name of Prince Reza Pahlavi in hundreds of cities and stood by their convictions until their last breath—this Party declares that any form of appeasement, release of financial resources, or granting of legitimacy to the nefarious Islamic Republic regime constitutes a flagrant betrayal of the Iranian nation’s rightful struggle.
Accordingly, the Party declares its official positions regarding any such agreement as follows:
1. The Invalidity of the Regime’s Agreements
The Islamic Republic lacks all legitimacy due to its bloody suppression of the populace and its usurpation of national sovereignty. Any document signed by this regime with foreign governments or international bodies is deemed null, void, and illegitimate by the Iranian nation.
2. Funding the Apparatus of Oppression
Decades of experience have proven that the dollars generated from such agreements are never spent on the welfare of the Iranian people or regional peace. Instead, they are injected directly into the lifelines of the domestic apparatus of oppression and regional and transnational terrorism.
3. The Iron Will of the Nation Beyond All Agreements
As Prince Reza Pahlavi explicitly emphasized in his recent remarks: “For the determined nation of Iran, it makes no difference whether foreign powers reach an agreement with this nefarious regime or not; the will of the Iranian people to overthrow this criminal clique is unwavering, and the nation will resolutely continue its path until final victory and the reclamation of our country.”
4. A Message to Western Governments
The establishment of a democratic, secular, and rule-of-law-based government—founded upon the results of a general election following Iran’s transitional period—is the only sustainable solution for global peace and security.
We emphasize that placing faith in the short-term conduct of an ideological regime is a strategic blunder. The salvation of Iran will be achieved solely by the capable hands of the Iranian nation and through reliance on national solidarity.
