On Saturday, May 26, 1404, a large explosion occurred at the Rajai Pier in Bandar Abbas, killing and injuring a large number of our compatriots.
Apparently, chemical materials stored at the port, intended for use in the production of solid fuel for ballistic missiles, exploded and caused extensive damage.
The cause of the explosion—whether due to negligence in storage or sabotage—has not yet been determined. However, what is clear is that the Islamic Republic was storing tens of tons of hazardous materials at a non-military port, deliberately endangering the lives of thousands.
From the very first moments of the incident, the Islamic Republic, as in previous cases, engaged in concealment and prevented the dissemination of information, with security forces obstructing impartial reporting.
This incident is undoubtedly the result of the incompetence of the officials of the Islamic Republic and their misguided policies that have fueled tensions between Iran and the rest of the world.
The Iranian Christian Azadegan Party (Ama), while offering condolences to the families of the victims and the people of Iran, calls for transparency regarding the causes of the explosion, the prosecution of those responsible for this crime, and accountability from senior officials of the Islamic Republic. It hopes that with the swift downfall of this unfit regime, such tragic incidents will no longer occur.
